Distinguished Vegetarian Cuisine With Flavours From Around the World.
One of my favourite combinations has got to be Chilli + Cheese melted together creating the perfect unison’s of ooey gooey palatable delights decked on puff pastry …oh yes, now this is a perfect cheat treat…rite 🙂 )) This is so quick and easy to make. You can use whatever vegetable you have lying around, how easy peasy is this 🙂
Preparation: 10 minutes
Baking: 20 minutes
400g Puff Pastry (1 packet)
1 ½ cups grated cheddar or Gouda cheese (suitable for vegetarians)
1 cup (250ml) broccoli florets (washed & trimmed)
10 cocktail plum tomatoes halved
1 disk feta cheese – crumble into chunks
2-3 green chillies finely sliced
Milk for brushing
Few grinds black pepper

#WinkWink;-) you can add any vegetable of your choice. Some may need steaming before baking. The puff pastry can be substituted for rye bread. layer veg and cheese and oven grill for a few minutes.
